The company is located in Shendang Town, Haiyan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, in the center of the Yangtze River Delta, adjacent to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, and other cities. With a unique geographical location and a transportation network combining air, high-speed rail, automotive, and maritime, it provides strong logistical support. Founded in 2015, the company covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters, with a professional technical R&D team consisting of 2 senior engineers and 4 engineers. It is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the production of hydraulic transition fittings, hose fittings, as well as the sale of various hot-die forging blanks for tees and elbow fittings.
After ten years of development and innovation, the company has advanced production processes, precision testing equipment, and perfect after-sales service. It strictly adheres to the 6S management system in production and management and has passed ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 quality management system certification. The company has established a scientific management system and is equipped with advanced testing equipment: three-coordinate machines, projectors, salt spray test machines, Rockwell hardness testers, etc. The company now has more than 300 advanced CNC machines, various pipe benders, machining centers, lathes, milling machines, planers, grinders, welding equipment, and more than 100 auxiliary machines, including three hot-die forging lines of 160 tons, 300 tons, and 400 tons. It mainly produces welding, compression, expansion, and other types of pipe fittings according to Yonghua and Parker standards, as well as fire hose fittings, flange fittings, ball valves, and various pipe valve components. Over the years, it has provided high-quality pipe fittings for industries such as engineering, metallurgy, petroleum, machine tools, military industry, and shipbuilding. Major clients include XCMG, Zoomlion, Shandong Lingong, and LiuGong Group. In December, the company was recognized as an Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise in Zhejiang Province.
In June, the company became a member unit of the Haiyan County Veterans Care Association. In July, it was awarded the title of "Haiyan County's Most Beautiful Veteran Formation" by the Publicity Department of the Haiyan County Committee and the Haiyan County Veterans Affairs Bureau.
In August, Hunan Yihe Machinery Co., Ltd. was established to supply components for the well-known central enterprise Zoomlion Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. In the same year, it was recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise.
The company obtained the Zhejiang Province Small and Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprise Certificate. In the same year, Zhejiang Yihe Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in the research and manufacture of welded parts, valve blocks, and other non-standard components.
The Haiyan County Veterans Affairs Bureau and the Shendang Town People's Government awarded the company the title of "Haiyan County Veterans Employment and Entrepreneurship Base." The company has passed the GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification and the IATF16949:2016 automotive quality management system certification.
By 2020, the company had grown into a large-scale enterprise and, in the same year, established a subsidiary, Yipai Fluid Connectors (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd.
The hydraulic connectors produced by the company were supplied to the state-owned enterprise Xugong Group and entered the market. In May of the same year, the Communist Party Branch of Jiaxing Yida Pipe Fitting Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established.
In August, Jiaxing Yuanwang Metal Products Co., Ltd. was founded, specializing in various hot-forged blanks. The company became a qualified supplier for Shandong Shifeng Group.
The company began researching and developing hydraulic fluid connectors.
In March, Jiaxing Yida Pipe Fitting Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in various automotive parts, air fittings, and more.
