1. Types of Pipe Fittings

They include threaded joints, spiral pipe joints, and welded joints, among others. Many pipe fittings can be customized according to actual needs, making installation more flexible and providing fastening functions for better performance.
4. Sealed pipe fittings: Sealed pipe fittings are special sealing components used to complete the connection of pipe fittings. They can seal and tighten the connection point of the fitting, improving water and gas tightness, preventing pollution from mud and impurities in water sources. Sealed pipe fittings come in various types, such as steel-strand fittings, rubber fittings, and plastic fittings, with different materials selected based on specific requirements for better performance.
2. Pipe Fitting Processing
Pipe fittings are enclosed components characterized by holes, and they can be processed in many ways. The most commonly used method is precision processing, which is a type of precise mechanical processing used for manufacturing various metal pipe fittings. Depending on the material and size of the pipe fitting, various precision processing techniques such as milling, stamping, turning, and thread processing can be chosen to ensure the fitting's quality, stability, and aesthetic appearance, meeting the user's requirements.

The assembly requires high precision and strong sturdiness to ensure that the pipe fittings are securely connected without affecting the flow within the pipe. The installation of pipe fittings is generally done mechanically, with options such as the loose nut model and the clamp model. Different types of assemblies can be performed based on customer needs, and installation can also be carried out.
