After more than ten years of development, the company now has a professional technical R&D team composed of 2 senior engineers and 4 engineers. Complete Production and Manufacturing

The company currently has over 300 advanced CNC machines, a fully automated precision parts production line, various pipe benders, CNC machining centers, continuous tempering furnaces, lathes, milling machines, planers, grinders, welding equipment, and more than 100 auxiliary machines. It also has three hot die forging lines with 160-ton, 300-ton, and 400-ton capacities. The entire process is strictly managed according to the 6S management system to ensure that every stage of production meets quality standards.

Product Quality Inspection and Testing

To guarantee the stability of product quality, we are equipped with advanced testing equipment, including coordinate measuring machines, projectors, salt spray testers, Rockwell hardness testers, burst testers, etc. The company has also established a scientific management system and has a complete qualification certification system, having successively passed ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 quality management system certifications.
